DAIOS COVE RESTAURANTS IN CRETE WELCOME CHEF KEI KOBAYASHI

Kei Kobayashi blends French gastronomy with Japanese sensibilities, creating innovative dishes that respect tradition while pushing culinary boundaries. Influenced by Alain Chapel at 15, our visiting chef moved to Paris in 1998, trainingin Michelin-starred kitchens alongside Gilles Goujon and Alain Ducasse. In 2011, Restaurant Kei opened in Paris, a minimalist space where Kei Kobayashi’s refined, seasonal cuisine takes center stage. Dishes are inspired by art, nature, and travel, offering a sensory journey that reflects his passion for both elegance and simplicity. In 2020, Kei earned his third Michelin star, cementing his place among the world’s top chefs.
