RESORT EXECUTIVE CHEF
Our resort Executive Chef Marios Petrakis heads up the gastronomy team at the Cove, delivering expertise and creativity to the table. Marios brings vast experience in the global culinary sphere having honed his skills in Michelin-starred establishments in Spain, Denmark and the UK. His professional journey has seen him work with lauded chefs, cultivating priceless knowledge and an inventive mindset.
With a profound connection to Greek and Cretan culinary heritage, Marios oversees that each dining experience at the Cove is an exceptional one.
EXECUTIVE SOUS CHEF
Konstantinos is Executive Sous Chef at the Cove after serving as Head Chef at the Ocean Restaurant and more recently at the helm of RHO and Taverna. Konstantinos brings a wealth of experience working alongside our award-winning collaborators at Ducasse Conseil whilst delivering his innovative streak to the table and fusing ingredients in an innovative way. Expect a gastronomy journey sure to impress even the most discerning palate.

Our Ocean Restaurant chef brings over a decade of expertise in Mediterranean cuisine, with an unwavering commitment to quality and an instinct for excellence in every detail. Our chef ingeniously combines his deep exploration of exceptional Greek ingredients with a talent for crafting pleasant surprises for the palate at RHO and Taverna. Alexis Thomos is our Pastry Chef at the Cove, a talent carefully refined across some of the finest kitchens in Greece. Bringing with him a wealth of experience and a deep passion for his craft, Alexis approaches every creation with both precision and artistry. Our Pangea chef, with roots in Crete, draws inspiration from the depth of Greek culinary tradition and a passion for authentic, pure flavours.
