Originally from Bari, Tommaso Cecca began his hospitality journey in Puglia, making his first espresso at fourteen. At twenty, he moved to London and quickly became embedded in the high-end bar and cocktail scene. There, he met fashion designer Roberto Cavalli, who invited him to Milan to serve as Bar Manager at his new restaurant. In 2018, he transitioned to Camparino in Milan—first as Store Manager & Head Bartender, and now as Head of Licensing & Mixology. In this role, he champions Camparino’s international expansion, helping bring its iconic Milanese bar experience abroad. Leading a team of 40, Tommaso focuses on crafting innovative cocktails in a dedicated laboratory, sourcing each ingredient with care. Under his guidance, Camparino regularly lands on the World’s 50 Best Bars list. Today, he serves as the brand’s global spokesperson, leveraging his mixology expertise and international presence to build Camparino’s reputation worldwide.
