TERMS & CONDITIONS OF DAIOS COVE LUXURY RESORT IN CRETE

The following terms and conditions apply to direct individual reservations at Daios Cove:

• no reservation or administration fees apply
• to guarantee your reservation, a deposit of 50% of the reservation total will be charged upon confirmation of your reservation. Remaining accommodation balance must be settled 14 days prior to arrival date. (*)
• we protect your privacy; any information provided is strictly used to guarantee your booking

(*) in case of last-minute reservations or promotional packages, other payment conditions may apply; in such cases please check the specific terms and conditions related to the offer.

Standard Cancellation Policy 

he following cancellation policy applies to direct individual reservations:

• for cancellations or modifications 30-21 days prior to scheduled arrival date: 25% of the total accommodation balance will be charged.(*)
• for cancellations or modifications 20-14 days prior to scheduled arrival date: 50% of the total accommodation balance will be charged.(*)
• for cancellations or modifications 13-8 days prior to scheduled arrival date: 75% of the total accommodation balance will be charged.(*)
• for cancellations or modifications 7-1 days prior to scheduled arrival date 90% of the total accommodation balance will be charged.(*)
• in case of no-show, a cancellation fee of 100% of the reservation total applies
• in case of early departure, a cancellation fee of 100% of the non-used reservation total applies
