The following terms and conditions apply:

• A minimum 7-night stay is required for all the above complimentary services
• Free crèche sessions must be pre-booked, offering one session per day per villa and are subject to availability
• Unused Créche vouchers cannot be transferred or redeemed on another day
• The complimentary pool fencing must be added at the time of booking
• The watersports include non-motorised facilities (kayak, pedalo, and stand-up paddleboard SUP)
• Each villa is entitled to a maximum of two watersport sessions per day, subject to availability and weather conditions
• Children aged 5 to 15 may participate in non-motorised watersports (kayak, pedalo, SUP) only when accompanied by their parents

Also valid for all villa bookings are the following services:

• Complimentary Residents’ Club gastronomy privileges
• Free transfers to/from the airport (minimum 5-night stay applies)
