DAIOS COVE RESTAURANTS IN CRETE WELCOME CHEF ALEXANDRE SEMPERE

Alexandre Sempere brings together the pillars of the Ducasse philosophy, the Mediterranean, modernity and naturalité, to develop original and gourmet combinations. Previously sous-chef for Romain Meder at the Plaza Athénée, Alexandre Sempere is appointed by chef Alain Ducasse to take the reins of the kitchen at Les Ombres, alongside chef patissier Jérémy Schotte. Our visiting chef celebrates organic products and experiments with extraction, dehydration and fermentation techniques to create a vibrant dining experience at the Cove.
