Dimitris Pamporis is an awarded chef with a dedicated focus on bringing out fresh flavours and showcasing the diversity of Greek gastronomy. With extensive experience alongside top chefs, our visiting chef has represented Greek cuisine around the world in establishments such as Ikarus restaurant in Austria, Chef Sache in Düsseldorf and the James Beard Foundation in New York. We currently find Dimitris Pamporis at the helm of Ekies All Senses Resort in Halkidiki, where he has received the prestigious Toques d’Or and FNL awards for his creations at the Treehouse restaurant.
