DAIOS COVE RESTAURANTS IN CRETE WELCOME CHEF IRINI TZORTZOGLOU

Irini joins Daios Cove’s Culinary Journeys series from her recent win on MasterChef UK 2019 introducing strong, appealing flavours in fresh ingredients with a refined approach in style and presentation. Originally from Crete, Irini used a variety of traditional Greek ingredients in dishes on MasterChef which consistently impressed the judges including discerning guest chefs such as Raymond Blanc and Michel Roux Jr. For this Culinary Journey, our visiting chef brings you an evening of creative, contemporary interpretations of Cretan and Greek cuisine.
