Joining this special Culinary Journey is Michelin-starred Jérôme Lacressonnière, Executive Chef Director of DUCASSE Conseil. Jérôme’s career began in Monaco at the restaurant Le Louis XV and has then joined Ducasse Paris teams in New York and Tokyo to name a few. With a 20-year experience alongside Alain Ducasse, Jérôme brings his international flair to the heart of the Cove, having personally curated the Ocean’s menu.
The expertise of master sommelier Gérard Margeon harmoniously complements the flavors of Jérôme’s dishes for this special event. Gérard is the Head Sommelier of Maison Ducasse Paris selecting rare labels of exceptional wines to pair on our guest’s Culinary Journey.
