With extensive experience working alongside Michelin-starred chefs such as Arnaud Bignon**, Eric Frechon***, William Mahi***, Pierre Gagnaire***, Corey Lee at Benu*** in San Francisco, Eneko Atxa in Azurmendi Restaurant *** in Bilbao and Michel Del Burgo*** in Spondi Restaurant in Athens, Kiriakis has relished the opportunity to hone his skills as a chef in top restaurants in Europe and America.

Pavlos Kiriakis recently gained his first Michelin star at the helm of The Zillers* in Athens and joins us at the Cove to create an innovative dining experience showcasing the best of the Greek culinary world.
