DAIOS COVE RESTAURANTS IN CRETE WELCOME CHEF PAVLOS KIRIAKIS
Pavlos Kiriakis visits us to create an innovative dining experience showcasing the best of the Greek culinary world. With extensive experience working alongside Michelin-starred chefs such as Arnaud Bignon**, Eric Frechon***, William Mahi***, Pierre Gagnaire***, Corey Lee at Benu*** in San Francisco, Eneko Atxa in Azurmendi Restaurant *** in Bilbao and Michel Del Burgo*** in Spondi Restaurant in Athens, Kiriakis has relished the opportunity to hone his skills as a chef in top restaurants in Europe and America.
For four years, Kiriakis led the creative team at Andronis Exclusive in Santorini. He then took over as Head Chef at Zillers Boutique Hotel in Athens, where he is in charge of the entire catering department. He is part of a new generation of talented Greek chefs who are revitalising traditional ingredients through the use of new techniques.
