Pavlos Kiriakis visits us to create an innovative dining experience showcasing the best of the Greek culinary world. With extensive experience working alongside Michelin-starred chefs such as Arnaud Bignon**, Eric Frechon***, William Mahi***, Michel Del Burgo*** in Spondi Restaurant, Athens, Kiriakis has relished the opportunity to hone his skills as a chef in top restaurants in Europe and America.
For the past 4 years, he headed the creative team at Andronis Exclusive in Santorini and forms part of a new generation of talented Greek chefs reviving ingredients through the use of new techniques. Kiriakis recently took up the position as Executive Chef at the helm of The Zillers Athens Boutique Hotel gastronomy experience.
