DAIOS COVE RESTAURANTS IN CRETE WELCOME CHEF SOPHIA RUDOLPH
Sophia Rudolph joins our Culinary Journeys directly from the helm of Panama restaurant in Berlin. Sophia studied at the renowned Institut Paul Bocuse, while she worked at Michelin-starred Weinbar Rutz before taking over as Head Chef at Panama.
Her focus lies heavily on sourcing regionally for produce for sustainability purposes as well as seasonally as taste comes first. This philosophy resonates strongly with the dining experiences at Daios Cove. Sophia also heads the Contemporary Food Lab, a community for the development of new culinary concepts for restaurants, as Culinary Director.
