Raised in California, Dr. Patrick Broome is a German-born international yoga instructor with a PhD in Psychology. As a teacher of the German national football team since 2006, Patrick has worked extensively with top clubs such as FC Bayern. The retreat focuses on breathwork practice for energy flow and moves into a profound vinyasa practice in the tradition of the late Indian Master Krishnamacharya. Sessions twice a day include guided meditation, Yin yoga, fascial work and deep relaxation practice, immersing you in the vibrant nature of the Cove.
