T-OINOS ESTATE, WINE EVENT IN CRETE

Wines from T-Oinos vineyard are curated by the Cycladic island they call home, Tinos. An island of raw beauty and deep-rooted heritage ensures that the vision of the winery’s founder, Alexandros Avatangelos, is realised. Every wine is crafted from indigenous varieties, Assyrtiko and Mavrotragano, exclusively from the estate’s own grapes with an emphasis on revealing the purity, energy and distinctive granitic character of this exceptional terroir. Sustainability lies at the heart of the estate, which is overseen by the vineyard manager Michalis Tzanoulinos, to ensure the long-term preservation of the island’s natural heritage. Working together with the estate’s winemaker Thanos Georgilas and in collaboration with the Master Vigneron Stéphane Derenoncourt, the winery preserves an authentic connection between vineyard, climate and origin.
