Steam Down is a British Afro-Punk band based in London. The group has formed a music community that hosts weekly events to enrich human emotional, social, and collective states of being through the creation of spontaneous sonic soundscapes. Steam Down have worked with many inspiring artists such as Sampa The Great, Nubya Garcia, and Charlotte Dos Santos. They have performed at various festivals, both at home in the UK and internationally and are passionate about creating a collaborative experience between musicians and the audience, regardless of language, background or nationality.
