DAIOS COVE RESTAURANTS IN CRETE WELCOME CHEF NIKOS LEIVADIAS

With a long and celebrated career across Greece’s culinary landscape, Nikos Leivadias now leads Tudor Hall Restaurant at the historic King George Hotel in the heart of Athens. His path has taken him from the Lycabettus Restaurant in Oia, to acclaimed establishments including Electra Palace in Athens and Andronikos in Mykonos, building a deep mastery of refined Mediterranean dining since 2007. His philosophy is one of dialogue — between local products and modern techniques drawn from around the world, tradition and innovation, the finest ingredients and the artistry to reveal them. Each plate is conceived as a composition: precise in colour, layered in aroma, and singular in its presentation.

Under Nikos Leivadias’ leadership, Tudor Hall has earned a Michelin star for the second consecutive year — a reflection of his team’s shared dedication to elevating Greek cuisine on the world stage.
