His path has taken him from the Lycabettus Restaurant in Oia, to acclaimed establishments including Electra Palace in Athens and Andronikos in Mykonos, building a deep mastery of refined Mediterranean dining since 2007. His philosophy is one of dialogue — between local products and modern techniques drawn from around the world, tradition and innovation, the finest ingredients and the artistry to reveal them. Each plate is conceived as a composition: precise in colour, layered in aroma, and singular in its presentation.
