Benji Cavagna from Lumezzane, Italy discovered his passion for whiskies and spirits while studying philosophy in Milan, which led him to bartending at Mag Navigli. In 2014, he joined forces with Flavio Angiolillo, becoming bar manager of the acclaimed 1930 Cocktail Bar and contributing to innovative projects like Backdoor 43, the world’s smallest cocktail bar. He later co-founded FARMILY GROUP, which launched ventures such as Iter, Mag la Pusterla, and Dripstillery, producing acclaimed spirits like Bitter Fusetti. His most recent project, Tripstillery, combines a cocktail bar and micro-distillery in Milan’s Portanuova district, using botanicals from the group’s sustainable farm on Lake Iseo.
