Erik Lorincz is one of the most influential figures in modern bartending, having won the World Class Global Bartender of the Year and Tales of the Cocktail International Bartender of the Year. Beyond the bar, he has consulted on the James Bond films Skyfall and Spectre, collaborated with Cartier, and co-founded Birdy by Erik Lorincz, a line of premium cocktail equipment made in Japan.

Erik has shaped some of the world’s most iconic bars, leading the reopening of The Connaught Bar and The Savoy’s American Bar, which reached No. 1 on The World’s 50 Best Bars list. He went on to found Kwãnt London, later relocating to Mayfair, where it earned Best New Bar, Best Bar Food Programme, a 10/10 rating from CLASS Magazine — the only UK bar to achieve this — and a Pinnacle Ranking within six months of opening.
