DAIOS COVE RESTAURANTS IN CRETE WELCOME CHEF ALEX TSIOTINIS
Alex Tsiotinis, owner and executive chef at the wonderfully innovative CTC Restaurant (wordplay on the Greek word ‘sitisi’ meaning nourishment) in Athens arrives at the Cove for a dining experience set to be nothing short of exceptional.
Alex has worked alongside remarkable chefs including Alain Passard, Hélène Darroze, Eric Frechon, Arnaud Bignon and Pascal Barbot to mention but a few. At the San Pellegrino Young Chef Awards he took first place with his signature dish, ‘Cretan Salad in a Pot’, two edible flower pots of Cretan greens which dazzled the judging panel. As part of the Culinary Journeys series, Alex delivers extraordinary flavours and fine taste setting the bar high in the gastronomy sphere.
