DAIOS COVE RESTAURANTS IN CRETE WELCOME CHEF AMAURY BOUHOURS
Following his studies at the Soissons Hospitality School, Αmaury Bouhours started his journey in the world of gastronomy as an intern at the Louis XV – Alain Ducasse, in Monaco. Amaury next stops as Commis Chef at the Restaurant Alain Ducasse at the Plaza Athénée in Paris where he was successively under the tutelage of Christophe Moret, Christophe Saintagne and Romain Meder. He quickly rose to the position of Head Chef de Partie then Junior Sous-Chef before joining Adrien Trouilloud as Sous-Chef at Lasserre. Amaury is currently Chef de Cuisine at Le Meurice. Alain Ducasse about entrusting the reins of the establishment to Amaury: “If I chose Amaury, it was because he has the potential to embody a new stage in the life of the restaurant at Le Meurice.”
