RESORT EXECUTIVE CHEF
Having worked alongside Michelin-starred chefs in Greece as well as London and Spain, Dimitris brings his expertise to the dining experiences here at Daios Cove as well as his thirst for new flavours. He is passionate about simple, seasonal ingredients which retain all their magic and autonomy of taste in each dish he creates.
As he puts it ‘we are endowed with amazing raw ingredients here on Crete, it only makes sense to make the most of something exceptional for our guest’.
OCEAN RESTAURANT CHEF
The chef at our awarded Ocean Restaurant brings his innovative streak to the table when it comes to creating truly original flavours fusing ingredients in a unique way. Konstantinos creates a gastronomic journey which is sure to impress even the most discerning palates.
At the helm of the Taverna restaurant, Manos is an avid enthusiast of the bare necessities provided by the sea and land of Greece and this shines through in every mouthful. Wholesome, mouthwatering fish and meat dishes are accompanied by quintessentially Cretan mezedes here always with a flare of inventiveness in taste.
THE BEACH HOUSE CHEF
Heading up the dynamic team in The Beach House kitchen is George Chronakis. A chef whose training and experience has focused on exploring exceptional Greek ingredients and ingeniously combining them with little surprises for our guest’s palate. Options from the grill section are cooked to perfection to complement that laid-back atmosphere of The Beach House.
Our talented pastry chef, Kostas, is the driving force behind the patisserie team at Daios Cove. With valuable experience in top hotels in the country his desserts promise to be the talk of each guest’s holiday with each sweet bite destined to delight.
