Our resort Executive Chef Marios Petrakis heads up the gastronomy team at the Cove, delivering expertise and creativity to the table. Marios brings vast experience in the global culinary sphere having honed his skills in Michelin-starred establishments in Spain, Denmark and the UK. His professional journey has seen him work with lauded chefs, cultivating priceless knowledge and an inventive mindset.

Konstantinos is at the helm of RHO and Taverna after serving as Head Chef at our very own Ocean Restaurant bringing with him a wealth of experience working alongside our award-winning collaborators at Ducasse Conseil. Konstantinos delivers his innovative streak to the table creating truly original flavours and fusing ingredients in an innovative way.
