DAIOS COVE RESTAURANTS IN CRETE WELCOME CHEF JEAN-PHILIPPE BLONDET

Born in Νice on the French Riviera, Jean-Philippe Blondet, has worked alongside Alain Ducasse for over a decade. His first role with Alain Ducasse was at Spoon at Sanderson in London, before joining 3-Michelin-starred Le Louis XV Alain Ducasse at l’Hôtel de Paris in Monaco. Further enhancing his international experience and satisfying his curiosity for cuisines of the world, Jean-Philippe took up the position of Sous-Chef at Spoon in Hong Kong. Currently Chef Patron at Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester in London, our visiting chef interprets the cuisine of Alain Ducasse in a contemporary and refined way. In keeping with the Ducasse philosophy, the ingredients are key elements of any creation. Joining us for one night only, Jean-Philippe Blondet brings culinary excellence and a world-class dining experience to our guests at the Cove.
